"It's been a real adventure. I never would have thought that I would have lost 115 pounds and after three years, am still going stronger than ever. I go to the gym three times a week, hired a personal trainer and have pretty much met my goal of getting back into good health. When I started this journey, I was using a C-pap machine, was developing blood pressure problems and was tired all the time. Not to mention the terrible heart burn that I suffered.
